Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound Scan
No special preparation is usually required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being examined. Bring details of any previous scans, reports or treatment if available. If you are being assessed for an ultrasound-guided injection, please bring a list of your current medications and inform the clinician of any allergies or relevant medical conditions.

Clinical assessment and diagnostic ultrasound for musculoskeletal pain and injuries affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, fingers, hip, knee, ankle, foot and toes. The scan can assess muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and surrounding soft tissues, including upper and lower limb muscle injuries.
