This scan can help investigate kidney pain, abnormal kidney function blood tests, recurrent urine infections, suspected kidney stones, cysts or known kidney conditions requiring ultrasound review. It is non-invasive and does not use radiation.

You may be asked to drink water before the appointment if the bladder also needs to be assessed. This private kidney ultrasound scan is suitable for renal pain, abnormal kidney blood tests, recurrent urine infections and kidney stone concerns.
